Excelsior!

In addition to the exclamations used with combos, as a tribute to the late and great Stan Lee, I think it would be cool if after a certain high combo, the word "Excelsior!" Were added. Just my thoughts

I would have also settled for an NPC version of Stan somewhere in the background so he can posthumously keep his King of the cameos title.
