High Altitude Bugged

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm alone in this. But I've noticed that High Altitude stacks up super fast out of nowhere like not 10 seconds time but like 1-2 seconds. Does anyone else experience this?

Yes, if you apply shock, incinerate or degen they get charge every 2s instead of 10s.
Basically can’t use HT, doom, cable and many great attackers against these defender
