Bug with 6.1.3 Kingpin?

I keep defeating Kingpin and every time I am sent back to the map right before him, needing to restart the fight. Is this a known issue?

Reload the game as this normally happens when game hasnt been restarted and it dont think ur actually there so doesnt register the fight
