Who should I rank up out of these 4*
1. Colossus
2. Tigra
3. X-23
4. Pyslocke
5. Ebony Maw
Please help me decide who to rank up
BTW it would be nice if they were champs that will help me in act 4

No doubt: Colossus it is....

But imo go for X23 her Regen will help you to save your resources (Health & Revive potions). Her bleed damage is also good. Overall good champ at this stage.

you r in initial stage so obviously X23 is great option for you..
