Is it allowed?

Will be allowed to join an alliance with 2 of my accounts or is it a bannable offence.
I will operate both accounts on the same device btw.

Yeah, you should be fine. Just don't give anyone else your login info and play each account correspondingly.

Me too, 2 accounts in the same alliance on 1 device, you'll be fine.

People do it all the time. As long as you're the original owner of the Accounts, it's acceptable.
