Performance Issues

iOS 11.1.1 update (most recent) seems to have some performance issues with the game. I lose frames of animation from my fights, have fights occur entirely in slow motion, game freezes, and a good deal of stuttering. Can we have a small update just to improve performance across devices? I’m sure I’m not the only one who has these issues.

I have been having this issue as well and it's very frustrating. I've had to abandon attempts to try and finish chapter 5.3 and other high end content because the lag leads to instant death.

The lag still remains. For Android it usually occurs a minute or two after starting an arena or event quest. Then it will normalize after some time.

Very irritating. It only happened after the recent releases and several downtimes for maintenance did not address the lag issue at all.

Okay good it’s not just me. I have an iphone...6? And i actively go through what both of you are talking about. It’s frustrating because often the lag kicks in hard when someone dashes at you and you try to block but the lag makes it so you just stand there or put your guard up late. The game is already hard enough when you’re not insanely powerful. And even if you are, there’s a reason why they announce it every time someone beats the legendary game modes. Cuz the game is challenging. For us to meet those challenges readily, we need smooth gameplay.

Ik the framerate has nothing to do with this, but it also irks me when I see my crystals slow down on a 4* champ and then the screen stutters and moves to the 2* next to it suddenly...

I've stopped spinning crystals months ago due to this constant tease. It is aimed to make you want to buy/get more. Just tap the button to open them w/o spinning.
