Your feedback is totally valid, and we're gonna make sure this never happens again. As a reminder, you only need to finish the FIRST tier of any of these objectives in any progression level (that's 10x levels, ranks, or new champions/dupes) to unlock the October Side Event.
With just the rewards for the first tier? How is that fair to anyone? You cannot just say that rolling back the objectives ensures everything is back to normal, I for one still expected to somehow get the 2k 5star shards at the higher reward tiers.
I opened a 6* basic crystal because of the event. I ranked up prior to the event because Level Up event was active. I ranked a 6* and 3 5* for the Level Up event. The timing for this rank up Solo Objective event is the worst.
Everyone saying you need 4 unleveled 6-stars is wrong. They’re already level 1, so 4 new 6-stars will only get you 96 levels. You’ll still need 4 more ranks/levels to finish. SMH.
You guys MUST be joking with this side-quest. Every week I think: "Can't possibly get worse, right?" and then this glorious mess...
I finished the Master level one, including this week which you retracted. If I can't access next month's side quest at all difficulty levels, so help me Dog I am quitting this clown fiesta of a game.

Like i said before i played this game for a long time and spend a good chunk of cash on it... I remember the time when variant 1 came out and the drama over 1 awakening gem... Kabam shut down the game and rolled back a full day of progression, rank ups, crystal openings and such. WELL THIS TIME IS NUMEROUS RANK UPS AND LVL UPS. And all we get id we are evaluating?... Are u guys going to look into each account and see what was ranked since the objectives started?...I dont believe they will compensante for this and even if they did how would it be fair for the people that did different rank ups?!
how is it possible to do such a thing? it's a joke I spent almost 1000 ISO-8 for this objective … this game is no longer to be played, give me all iso and gold back
I just spent insane amount of iso and gold to achieve this and then it disappears???? So now im out of gold/iso and got no rewards. But hey 6* ironman and 6* deadpool are maxed 🤬

I ranked up Cyclops and Superior iron man. I'm all set as well.
Not gonna lie I've only done the throne breaker objectives. The rest are untouched.
I was half way through leveling up a bunch of untouched 6*s.
You can understand I'm massively frustrated by this as that means I need to start from scratch for any of the other objectives in order to be able to participate in next month's side quest.
And do you know what I genuinely can't be bothered, looks like I'll be skipping next month entirely.
Is it really that hard for you to get your self together, constant issues and your incompetance to run the game smoothly is driving your player base away by the bunch.

I hope they automatically give every single player those October objectives, even if they didn't get to finish all of them. The entire thing has been so time consuming. Easily one of the worst thought of side events

So today the apreciation finaly endet.... Very harsh... Smh
What appreciation? That event is crappy and not appreciative either. I thought Kabam was going on the right track last week, and then they do this 6 star level up mess. Then, they say only 1 tier is necessary; screwing over the people who already used a ton of gold and iso. And then they take the whole event back, because there is the bug. Kabam, I advise you to take a deep look into your company and find the root cause of this entire crappy summer
I don’t usually complain but I think it’s important everyone who feels strongly chimes in now so Kabam really gets the level of frustration this month has created. This month has been awful. Typically if you don’t dig a SQ you skip it and wait 30 days. The big mistake was locking October behind this hot mess of a SQ. This was a bad month to blow the SQ between the bugs and heavy grind for weak rewards there is little motivation to play. We need a Mutant Island level fun event in October. People need something to get excited about and enjoy. This game isn’t our job it’s our escape from the daily grind, But this month hasn’t been fun.
