I don't understand why, you do fairly well. I'm sure that's why they did it. Question is, will they ever fix the War Crystals to not include arena boosts?

Yeah, I was actually surprised. It more or less doubles the crystal shards I gain during a season, which is really nice. It won't really change my view on AW itself because I just find it immensely boring, but 2500 extra 6* shards each month just for participating at least make it somewhat more worthwhile.

I actually wouldn't mind something similar for AQ. Just a solo event where people can reach milestones on their lonesome just by participating in AQ. It would give the workhorses of the alliance extra rewards that acknowledge their effort, and incentivize greater efforts by less hardworking alliance members.

But either way, this is a great rework for the AW solo event itself, regardless of what I think about Alliance War as such.
