Hello good afternoon.

I accidentally used my pink catalyst token to buy the T4BC shards in the summer canteen instead of the T5BC shards. Is it still possible to regain the pink catalyst token even if they take away the item that I've purchased?

Hi @Kraken1976 - You can access support in two ways.

In game, please tap the gear icon in the top left corner, then tap on the button that says "Support" and follow that by tapping "Need more help? Contact us" to submit a support ticket.

Alternatively, you can open a support ticket it via your web browser via this link and clicking "Submit A Request."
