He doesn't even require the dupe.

His damage is already quite high and it's still relatively easy to get to 100 Channeling charges.

Hell yeah, he’s a legend and in my opinion better than apocalypse by a lot. He crushes content all over the board. If u have a mutant power booster, YOU LITERALLY CANNOT LOSE ANY FIGHT!!!!! IM 1000% SERIOUS. Absolutely broken
