Should We Get Rank Down Ticket For Guillotine?

About Guillotine Buff/Nerf Situation...
Improvements:
1) Heal Reversal Mechanic - That's a big one, she has way better heal reversal now, I easily soloed Abyss Old Man Logan, I tried that fight before with her and it was not possible even with some synergies, now it's much, much easier. Not even comparable.
2) That's basically it.
Setbacks:
1) Removal of one of the most powerful sp.3 abilities in the game, flat 2% health damage per Soul. She even as 2* was doing mind-blowing damage with sp.3 if ramped up with synergies, now that's gone completely.
2) Regen - her healing is strong only in a specific fight where she gets some additional boosts on damage like against Grandmasyer or in heal reversal matchups like against Abyss Old Man Logan. In general fights, her new healing ability is quite mediocre, it was stronger before when duped... Now for example, if you fighting champion with 600K Health max healing you can get during that fight is 12K (2%) which is very very small healing in most situations.
3) Damage - She has the potential to get more damage if you can spam some heavy attacks before special attacks but that is not easy in the majority of match-ups if you play without that I have a feeling that her damage even got nerfed.
4) She got absolutely useless damage back ability by sp.1... I tested and it even does not work against Aggresive Fury/prowess nodes...No Electro-like cheese...It's purely defensive ability but I don't see anyone placing her on defense in high-tier war just because of that.
All of this seems especially confusing when in fact buffing her should have been very easy: she just needed her multiple old synergies being transferred as her base ability and she would be a very good champ without major changes.
Now we get some weird situation, I think, even worse than it was about Hood...I personally think that this buff warrants a Rank Down Ticket, I am personally not sure if I rank down my Rank 2 Guilly but when you implement Buff/nerf like this people must-have choice.

That said they need to revert the changes like they did with hood rather than issue RDTs.
I doubt rank down tickets will ever happen, its just sad they did such a mediocre rework...I wont call it a buff because it is not
