Uncertain Bishop variant 6.3.2 Block damage

I am fighting through variant 6 chapter 3 and get to where blocking bishop deals almost instant death damage to me. I revived several times with different champs and get same interaction. Finally recorded full video to show, https://youtu.be/wreuuXZ0rWc

I have got to think this is a bug when older videos do not show this interaction at all. And well I hope it’s a bug otherwise I have no idea how to counter this to explore variant. Burned about 6 revives and some health potions.

    So I need to turn suicides off so those don’t cause the energy damage when fury procs? Dang there is another penalty for running suicides in this game.

    But on the 2nd parry where is damage coming from? This shouldn’t be so hard to figure out.
