Can't do the Venom side quest...?and no symbiote to use?

So I found that I can't do either of the side quests. I haven't received my symbiote champ to do the knull quest and the other quest is locked. Without a anti venom to rank up I can't get the stuff needed to do the other side quest as well. Is this supposed to be a bad joke or something? If there's going to be stipulations based on brand new Champs having to be used then a version of that champ should be given seeing as how anti venom just became available in Crystal only, and I kinda need my symbiote if I'm going to do a quest he can only do yeah.

    Post a screenshot of your special objectives tab, take multiple screenshots if they don't fit in one but don't leave anything out.

    There is no solo mission for me to do to get anti venom

    Specifically which 1 r u guys talking about? Cause none of them show a anti venom in the rewards.

    The September objectives. You have to fully complete one entire difficulty chain (5 Different Objectives) then you should get Anti Venom and Lil Steve in the mail

    you don't get anti venom in the objectives. Once you complete all the objectives from 1 difficulty, which includes final preparation, you get antivenom and summoned symbioid in the mail.

    Besides, take the training daze(proven difficulty) quest as an example. Currently you are at 1/7 progress. Even if you finish the full 7/7 progress you are only completing 1 week of the objectives. You need to wait for a few mins after finishing 1 week objectives before the next week objectives of the same difficulty appears. Then you continue again and again till the last week objectives which is named "Final Preparations" .

    So I've completed atleast 2 of the objectives left over from last month and I still haven't gotten anti venom or symbiote. So again I ask is there a specific objective I should be working on or what? This is the dumbest thing I've encountered the 4 years I've been playing this game.

    Finish all of training daze. Any level. Do conqueror or proven. Doesn’t matter. That unlocks the next objective. When you finish all 5 you get anti venom and the symbionts in in-game mail.

    You have to complete one level of the objectives until the end.

    Just to make sure, did you make sure that "Final preparations" objective has appeared and that you cleared it?

    And again, you need to complete an objective chain to the end.
    If you complete a cavalier objective and another cavalier objective appears, then you’ve clearly not done them all have you?
