Why is taking 6-10 evades now to get the AI to throw there special attacks????

It honestly shouldn’t take more than 2. There is no good reason the AI needs to be pump faking like Allen iverson in AQ or other game mindless game modes we still begrudgingly have to run 6 years into this game with no real upgrades. Please address the issues

6-10x evades as In attempting to bait?

Green goblin for example, for me anyway, often try to confuse me with his sp2. Whenever he has an sp2 he suddenly play it differently and goes from Super Saiyan Ultra instinct god level mode just to try to throw me off balance with his speed and the ability of to not being able to read the pattern while baiting.

And for some it’s just “forever” so that’s something that need to be looked into as it’s shouldn’t be a thing. If that happens then I guess we can all just go in with an power drain/lock/steal champion team just to make things little easier for us.

The pump faking is more like Dwyane Wade's.

I can see you saying that their stutter steps resemble Iverson's, but even here I'd probably have to go with DRose.

You all have got to be kidding me. The AI fake is most like James Harden. It runs at us, then takes some steps backwards, only to give us a pump, we fall for it and take a combo to the face.

Just adding in that I’m experiencing the same thing. It’s pretty frustrating that enemies won’t throw specials, especially when trying to manage all of the new and not very fun modes in 7.3.3.

So I'm not alone in finding the AI super passive all of a sudden. AQ map 5 and Side Quest we're back to dancing around baiting more than anything.

Just fought NC and even with 4x fury on She-Hulk he ignored three bait attempts and the furies expired.

8 furies against Anti-Venom and he would not throw that sp1. In subsequent runs he was practically begging me to let him throw it.

This thread brings up a good point. As someone who plays both Ihulk and She hulk, these changes, (weather purposeful or not), could substantially change these character s usefulness and ability. I love using both, so I hope this isn’t purposeful or true. It always brings up a question. Should they really be making changes like this that can indirectly nerf a champion?

Agreed. I had an opponent regenerate back to 100% from below 15% once and nearly a second time in 7.3 yesterday because I was trying to bait out a specials.

Eventually, you run out of times you can tap their block before they hit Sp3. Is this an intended change?

It has been much tougher to get specials out lately. Along with not throwing them the opponent likes to back up to the corner and twitch around like a squirrel trying to run into the road. It's really odd.

I think map5 AI has an weird difficulty play style. Is it map 3 + map6 combined? They can suddenly go from noob to master level and the pattern is unreadable.

I’ve run the same path 5 times now in 7.3 and for the love of god three times against corvus he would not throw his SP. I must have baited 15+ times

Add on the crazy power gain from the node and it’s a bad time
