6* Featured arena, 4 star dupes not giving iso & shards

Greetings. Unless otherwise mentioned in the update, could someone please tell me why I'm not getting iso and 5 star shards from duping the 4* champions in the featured arena anymore? I noticed this with 4* Hyperion and Crossbones (reworked selector) and assumed it was a bug or something. I just duped Anti-venom 4*, which is in the featured arena and no iso or shards... Same applies for the 3 stars. We spend a lot of time arena for resources like this so I'd like an explanation please? These aren't basic dupes, these are featured champions dupes.

    If this is for real my next crystal opening I will be done I’ve been around since February 2 2015.

    For the longest time I have to open crystal to get shards. Y u say. Because shards from any other way just don’t show up at all. Or recently ran 4 epic fights n using the antibodies sym spider n red goblin fight only 1500 5* shards showed up.don’t even expect anything would just like to see the game work properly one time. Fights r hard enough rewards don’t match the difficulty so just not getting what I going after is insane. Might just be done with this game

    Well at some point it needs to be said. I think kabam is n breach of there own contract. I mean there own admission of broke parts of the game date back to the beginning of the game but absolutely no resolve. I see as cheating. If we do it we get canceled band booted. Game isn’t worth the time anymore definitely n this state not worth spending real money on. Just my opinion

    Wow, that's a bummer. It makes grinding for those 4* champions pointless. Especially at a higher level, Cavalier-Thronebreaker where 4*s are pretty much useless...

    It's for real. We used to get shards and iso from duping 4*s in the featured arena but not anymore. I honestly think it's silly just getting dupes on 4*s without shards and iso. It's a rip off.

    I opened 4 4* shard crystals to day I got all the iso all the shards n the other stuff so not retracting my post what the hell is going on
