    I don't think you ever could dex it when you're at the other end of the fight arena.

    Stay close and you'll have no problems.

    You can only dex his punches, not his web shooters. (at least that's what I think)

    It’s possible. I have literally done it one time in my entire life but usually I just block the web shooters and dex the punches

    Only special you cannot 100% dex is cables because they “fixed” it

    Dexing both webs is too risky imo, better to block the first and dex the second if you really have to, but I just block the webs and dodge the rest

    There's several specials that can't be 100% dexed.
