Yes he is quite good, but not near the top of the skill class. Take a look at some of Buddy Lee's gameplay to understand the playstyle.

He does really nice damage. But pretty high skilled as you have to be comfortable with intercepting constantly

That's taking it a bit too far. He's not BGT.
At best, id place him at High Demi.
