Purposefully staying Conqueror, anyone?

I was just wondering. Currently not really enjoying the game near the top (completed 7.3 last week). I am not a very skilled player and use units all the time to clear new content.
Have made mini accounts in the past to get myself back into the game.
Which got me thinking, does anyone purposefully stay Conqueror (Collected) and just do stuff up to master monthly and play only with 3 an 4 star champs?
Never bothering to progress further and just play with new champs that you like?
Not saying I am thinking about doing exactly that, but I would imagine it would be very relaxing to never wanting to push further.
Whenever something new is released, whether it is too hard for me or not. I feel a need to complete it. But never unlocking those stages kind of removes that 'need'

Curious if anyone is doing this.

I mean, yes, it might be nice for a little while to just stay where you are without any need of going further. But the point of the game is kind of to progress further, and eventually you would get bored where you were.

There was someone in my former ally, only played for fun. He had champs like Superior Iron Man and Dormamu R5 max sig and he used them regularly in AQ

For the first few years I played I did not want to join an alliance. This severely suppressed my progression and I remained conqueror for a very long time. That said, I did not deliberately choose to remain conqueror, I just wasn't really focused on my progression.

I'm Proven. I intend to get to Uncollected, eventually, but I don't give a damn about getting past that because I can't be arsed with all this 'you need so-and-so to counter so-and-so and reading a bloody encyclopaedia to know all the nodes, buffs, debuffs and so on. I'm here to play the game and have fun, not to do homework, FFS. I left that behind 22 years ago when I left college.

@Sundance_2099 I think that pretty much sums up how I feel right now. I went with the conqueror title because that is the top title that does not unlock anything new or 'hard'. If uncollected montly is unlocked you might want to push for it. And at that point you might aswell continue the progression.
But the whole idea of having to use the top meta champs or to level up a champ for 2 lanes and than benching the champ does not really speak to me anymore.
I am just afraid after a week with a new piece of content coming out I want to push again because I see I can pull 2 6* champs.
I have tried other marvel games but I do really like this one.
Was looking for people that do things similar to the way I descriped, to see if they still enjoy the game.

Really isn't that hard to get UC even with casual gameplay

I know, I am a Thronebreaker with around 7 r3. Nothing TOO fancy, be fancy enough to know the difficulty curve. The choice of conqueror is because the Uncollected title opens up a long of extra content with nodes that require more specific champs. Without the title you don`t get that content and thus will not feel te need to do it.
Might not be amazing logic, but it was the reasoning behind stopping after act 4

You can still use 3 and 4 stars and play only master difficulty EQ no matter what title you are, whats the point of staying at conqueror if you miss out on the improved daily rewards.

Not being too competitive is your choice as a player, doesn't depend on your progression level.

this is basically my thinking. I want to get the better rewards, but I'll stick to Heroic and Master EQ (when I feel I can take on Master).

And, I totally play this game for FUN and therefore I switch up who I use from my roster. I don't stick to the same few champions in each class at 2/3/4 star level. I switch around which 5*s I use in Sci/Tech/Mutant/Skill, but my Mystic and Cosmic choices are limited by having only a few of those classes. I find sticking to the same few characters BORE-ING.
