Banned account

in Bugs and Known Issues
All of us got an emergency maintenance to find out I was banned for 162 hours then I got permanently banned and I don't understand why and I'm not the only one I spent over $2,000 on this game I know this for sure been planning this for about 2 to 3 years at first we all thought that this was a joke or some kind of bug but this is not funny and there has been no response

    I was playing this morning perfectly fine Auto fighting on my way to work until I got the emergency maintenance

    Happened to me too. Send them a check for 99.00 and they'll reset your account and give you 45 battlechips and 3 t3 basics. Great deal!

    The Forum is not the best place to discuss actions on Accounts because there's nothing they can do here. You'll have to contact Support using the Gear Icon in the game.

    But if I can't get back in I guess it's good-bye I will never spend money again here or play this game my lesson learned don't spend money on games on the phone
