Any meaning behind the 04-29-2020 date we put in to decode?

I believe it was the first appearance of Platinumpool in MCOC. He would ambush the player during the rift missions and then send you a mail after you defeated him.

No idea - it was when the Red Guardian and BWDO EQ came out.
