    Assuming you wanted Peni, Kitty or Herc, the odds are about 23% that you would have an 11 pull string without getting one of those champs.

    It stinks, yes, but a 77% chance is far from guaranteed.

    When your luck sucks constantly 5* are the only way to play champs in any meaningful way. Obviously would prefer 6* versions but I for one havent hit on a single 6* featured target despite going almost exclusively featured since the day Apocs featured crystal dropped. So yea disagree with you there because rng sucks hard for some of us.
