if you bought the bugged crystal, they'll send you the right ones as soon as they check, probably a couple of days.

You don't need to be paranoid cause I don't think they're looking to be mean with anyone by leaving them with no commpensation for this.

In all fairness, do you compensate everyone the same regardless of the drop rate? How is that fair to reward the people who took advantage knowing it was wrong? Compared to the people who wanted to make the purchase and not get extra crystals for not cheating the system?

Let me get this straight. You waited to buy it because you did not want to buy it with the incorrect drop rate because you felt you were cheating the system and didn't want extra crystals.

Now you are complaining that you did just that, and are not getting the 10 compensation replacement crystals.

We are not that easily manipulated. You clearly did not buy the deal early, had no idea there was an issue with the drop rate when you bought it, and are now trying to get 10 free crystals.

Hopefully we can get the compensation sometime this week. Also the cutoff was about 40 minutes after the deal went live, had a buddy who bought the deals 41 minutes after it went live with the CORRECT drop rates.

I'm sure it's way more complex but it just doesn't seem to need to take this long.

How many times has Kabam made this mistake? At least 3 that I can remember maybe even 4. I think being paranoid is warranted in this case. it is hard to trust the correct process is in place when the same thing happens over and over and over again.

Well yes, there's something seriously wrong with the way they do this kind of things, nonetheless in MY experience, they always compensate, there were times I was so bussy i didn't even notice something wrong with any crystal or so and then compensation came along.

I'm not saying they are perfect because this kind of mistakes seems just dumb at this point, I'm saying that when they mess up things, they also make them right

I had the wrong drop rates so I'm expecting not to be affected regardless.

I also feel confident enough in my life to be ok if they compensate everyone in a different way to even things out. If they don't no big deal but if they do? I couldn't care less about the pizza. Big difference as well over a physical object and a virtual one.

Last time they messed up the compensation. The "want" might be there but the execution of even that wasn't great last time. We will see this time around if everyone that should get compensated does.

It doesn't matter if it is a physical object or a virtual one, it is still something that is paid for.

Feeling that because someone got something I should get it too is actually what being entitled is about. Feeling that because they fixed it so other's got what they paid for but should also give people who got what they actually did pay for something else as a bonus, that is also being entitled.

I truly am sorry if you can't see how saying everyone should get wrong crystals isn't a form of entitlement.
