We wanted a decent guillotine buff and you know what we got. Please buff Ant-man this month with real work on his kit.

    I think the Guilly buff already hurt future community buff votes a lot, buffing Antman this shortly after and making him awesome would just make that even worse. People wouldn't be voting for the champion they want to be buffed most, because winning such a poll might mean getting a rushed, undercooked buff, while the "losers" get great buffs. Of course, with a sample size of 1, that wouldn't be a well-founded conclusion, but an understandable one.
    I don't think Kabam has an interest in making their public relations worse by further ruining community votes.

    Why even bother doing a community vote poll when they can just make a scheme for all those badly champions to get their buff in due time. Would be less stressing for kabam without timestamp for something like this

    AntMan - check
    Groot - check
    Cyclops blue - check
    Cyclops red - check

    Instead of something like this

    AntMan - must be done in a day work
    Groot - must be done in three days work.
    Cyclops blue - must be done in a week work.
    And so on causing too much stress and creativity goes down the drain.

    I would prefer that they take their time and ensure it’s great and green to release.

    Buffs aren't done in a weekend, they take time and nobody wants to hear that, they just want it now!

    Not to mention @Raichu626 pointed out, he lost the vote (ironically because more people were afraid of his buff negatively affecting Ghost 🙄) so making him BGT (which really wouldn't have been that hard because he literally had nowhere to go but up) would be extra salt in the wounds of anybody who felt burned from Guillotine.

    I just wish they would stop buffing recent champs, and start doing some of these older champs that are too weak or useless to use in anything but early arena matches.
