Missing Units

I’m missing about 300 units, give or take some.

I’m assuming it’s related to the acts 1-3 being revamped thing.

The thing is, my acts didn’t even change after maintenance, and I didn’t even enter any of the quests.

Can anyone explain why they took units away? Will I get them back?
