where are the cosmic rank rewards

The cosmic arena solo event has ended 7 hrs ago. And yet I still have not received the rank rewards. Rank was reached at 35,000. My final score is 49,600. Is anyone else having the same issue?

8hrs, still nothing. How long do u wait to turn in a ticket?
