Is diablo worth a generic?

I got a 5* diablo and I got only one generic gem, should I use it on him?

    since 5 star genric are a lot more common these days id say yeah

    I mean my other options are professor x but I already got an awakened sunspot, and I also got Morningstar and Mojo both unawakened.

    Depends how valuable a 5 star gem is relative to your account. But I'm a huge Diablo fan.

    Do you run suicides? If not, he absolutely does not benefit enough from his sig to use a generic on him. If you do...I would probably still wait, but you at least get continuous use out of the ability.

    Reduced damage from all sources when poisoned. It's a lot more valuable when you're running suicides and are continuously poisoned than it is for a non-suicide Diablo, hence why I differentiate between the two.

    It's a good ability and worthy of a mystic gem, but I wouldn't awaken a non-suicide Diablo with a generic.

    Diablo benefits from being awakened only if you run suicide masteries
