In all honesty, the offer isn’t bait per se. If I had to guess, the assumption behind it is that there are a significant number of cav players who want access to the TB deals. This offer allows them to push their progression tier up in time for the offers, albeit it an insane unit cost.

That’s the whole thing. They think “Get TB and then better Cyber Monday deals!” only to get rn and then have no units for deals

but if someone had the units and wasn’t going to spend on cyber Monday well then this is a very nice offer

If i wasn't TB and had no rank 2 6 star champs I would go for this to become TB if i was close. It's a lot of units and meant to drain them before cyber weekend but if you want access to the better TB deals by then this might be the best way to do it if you already beat Grandmaster. If you have no hurry to get the TB deals your best best might be to get the Cavalier deals on cyber weekend and leave it at that. I'm guessing you will see similar resources for cheaper....but it's just a guess so your taking a chance either way.

Sorry i have a stupid question but im Cav right now but i have the T5CC to become TB but im waiting to see the Cav deals then buy them (if gd) then move up to TB and then get them offers to (if gd) can i still do that does anyone know??

It actually doesn't seem all that high to me.

In opportunity cost terms, this close to CW, it is high enough that I wouldn't get it. But there a lots of people who don't have the time to grind out a lot of rewards or make progression progress that would be tempted to spend to propel themselves to the next higher progress tier (my understanding is everyone under TB got a progress-specific version of this offer) and there are players who have a ton of accumulated units either because they don't spend them or the grind a ton of them in the arena (when I used to grind specifically for units in the arena, this offer would have been only about a month of effort) and can afford to grab something like this and still be stocked for CW sales.

Every month I grab the Cavalier completion bundle that triggers from monthly EQ completion - because I can. It is just under 3k units and you get 5k 6* shards, 15k 5* shards, and a giant pile of potions and boosts. This offer is kind of in the general ballpark of relative value compared to that offer.

Well, even if you take into consideration the other items, I don't think its worth it. The rank up resources can be received in AQ over a month or two. If you include the monthly event quest, then your looking at a months worth of time of resources. Can you easily generate 7,500 units in a month? Up to you buddy

I'm simply talking in terms of the total value. A Nexus 6*, Gen Rank Gem, 25% Selector, 50 T6 ISO, 10 L3 Revs, 10 L5 Pots, 10 Refills, 500k Gold. Not that insane for 7500 Units.

These units are the equivalent of 2 abyss pathes, 3 including the easy path. Think the units might be more valuable there. Lots of ISO however, could do with more gold than that, and lastly, make that a class nexus. Probably would be worthwhile then.

The mechanics of the fights in abyss are way easier than the overwhelming majority of act 6.

If you’re close to beating GM you can probably cope with abyss.
