[MERGED] Parry Issue Fix

I think I’ve identified the issue with Parry. It seems it was a delayed reaction with the Ebony Maw buff, where he’s still subpar. I think another buff would fix the issue 🤓

I actually get the 'parry' notification on the left of the screen, but they don't actually get stunned. There was no stun immunity or ability accuracy modification either.

As best as I can tell, it seems to be happening most in match ups where either alot of buffs or timers are occuring (guardian, event quest mods, etc).

Blocking and Parrying still not working on iPhone and dexing is barely working over the last couple weeks. Please tell us when these fixes are happening... I haven't seen any changes and we're talking 4 months now! PLEASE don't come here telling me to visit IOS thread. I haven't even bothered trying to progress in this game with your failed attempts at the last 4 monthly events. What have you actually done to fix anything???

I have been trying to do Variant 4 on my alternate account and the blocking, parrying, dexing is just brutally off. Seems worse there than in other newer content.

Seems it’s time for another update. Release of map8 with continues parry dex issues. While I enjoy the new challenges. I want to be able to play them they way I learned the game over the years. Not the way the inputs are now

Parry/Dex is still a problem and as a reward for voicing this problem, I get Jane Foster when popping a 5-star crystal. Definitely blacklisted on these crystals. Better chance getting good champion grinding on arena than hoping for a good champ with these crystals. Had to get Shang Chi by grinding than dumping units on wishing crystals.
Not even sure the new fix will solve the Parry/Dex issue, but won't be spending $$$ this cyber day.

I'm so sick of getting half way through a really hard fight and then going in to parry and getting hit anyway to find myself KO'd!

Anyone else have this issue?

My champs suddenly dash forward while trying to dex special attacks.

This happened twice already at this moment. Just reinforces my position not to dump hard earn cash on a broken game this cyber weekend. Have better use for my cash than on a game that they can just scrape up and move on to another new game.

The game feels more broken than it did when the parry/dex issue first appeared. Maybe because it coupled with loss of frame rates, dropped inputs and changed AI.

I’m raging at the game now. I just want to delete the game but still want to give the benefit of the doubt that it will get better. I’m losing all optimism.

Please fix this bug… Last month was just parry and dex… now its get much more lag…. Frame-rate pause before SP and boom

Compensation it is not we waiting. We parry many time and revive many time that the compensation is not the answer. Stop the game fix it and let it be playable again. We cant greet the Christmas with the issue that look nothing fix.

I'm genuinely confused as to why we keep getting the same compensation rewards for "Continued Gameplay Issues". Kabam, WE DO NOT WANT THESE SAME REWARDS FOR THE SAME PROBLEMS THAT HAS BEEN IN THE GAME FOR SEVERAL MONTHS!!!! We now get compensated on a regular basis, all of those same aq resources go in the the overload/vault. Why not compensate us with rewards that everyone wants for the continued issues that have yet to be resolved. We do not want aq rewards. These issues are not only happening in alliance quest/war it is happening all throughout the game in every area. Parry issues, dropped input issues, these issues make it borderline impossible to continue to play this game these are the basic mechanics that this game is centered around why is there issues with these basic mechanics. Please listen to your community and give us better compensation.

It’s tiresome. And the sense that nothing’s really effective at solving the problem is tough to escape.

I've had serious issues, I use both, mostly android though. Between the dex/parry fail, the aq, what do we call it, snafu this week? I used more items running map 6 this week completing my path than I have in 6-8 months combined. Please fix it. Tbh, it almost seems like there was a cost analysis, and it was decided it was less expensive to fold, vs fix.

And no @DrZola the memory leak from Oct update, is still mia.

Probably the worst it has ever been. At least before I could adjust to late timings, but now? Parry and dexes are completed busted. Input failure on parries, dexes triggering considerably late. It's the most frustrating experience yet.

I thought it was supposed to be a 2-part fix, with the second part coming out with the December release. But I still crashed ~20 rounds into my arena grind today. It's a lot better than the 5-10 round crashes I was experiencing back in October tho

So many issues with this months update I don’t know where to start listing them.

1. We’ve been running map 8 all week and I’m on path 5. First node is a HB. When I have him backed into a corner and swipe back to create room he launches an L1 and his hit box extends to where my evade ends killing me after swipe back from him in the corner. Almost every champ has an extended range on the hit box and if you do anything other than block after a combo you get hit if they immediately counter. I’ve lost a champ 3 days straight on the first node because of the same issue.

2. My game was getting better on the parry timing in the past couple of months. After the December update it seems as if the entire video is lagging to the point I’m trying to predict if the AI is going to run in at me or not in between combos. There’s some delay that’s affecting every fight. I feel like my skills are where they were when I first started playing cause I’m getting smacked by old school captain America, can’t evade og iron mans L1, and any champ that has a fast dash attack, like venom, hits me with some part of his combo because the game won’t let me swipe back fast enough to evade his hits.

3. Frame skips are worse than ever. I fight Odin in map 8 on the shared nodes in sections 1 and 2. When he starts his L1 animation I swipe back to give him space to do his thing and wait to evade his beam, but right before he shoots the beam the video skips and the next thing I see is the beam hitting my face. The block damage is incredible so it really cripples the gameplay not being able to reliably evade.

These are my top 3 issues at the moment affecting my gameplay. I’m running the latest iOS on an iPhone XS.
