Grandmaster bugged. Intercept and parry aint working.

Ok im getting really close to getting Thronebreaker.
My problem is the Grandmaster fight.
Becase of all the Intercept and parry buggs the Grandmaster fight is impossible, becase of that fight higly depends on that the Intercept and parry are working 100%.
Anny thots about this who ever reads this and dos Kabam help out with problems like this?
since it is taking forever to fix the problem.
