Side Quest Difficulties and unbalanced rewards
Guillotine Buff
Solo Compensation
Robots that bleed
Input bug
Very concern players feedback

Ar the same time Kabam is also busy calculating the "average" for compensation and those amazing pre-cyber weekend offers.

"Hey folks, we fu**** it up again. PI is to high for Map6 opponents and lower. But because it's the first week of Map8 and return of ticket-costs we are not having the balls to stop AQ. We don't want to annoy Map7 and Map8 players, so we will continue."

Sorry Kabam we as the MCOC Community have given you patience galore. We have seen a Parry Bug and Dexterity Bug still not fixed after several months of being broken! We have seen OG champs like Dr. Strange, Thor, Scarlett Witch be nerfed because they were considered "too Over powered". We have seen multiple side quests not work as intended that gave players free 6 Star shards, or T5B catalyst fragments or T2A fragments for multiple days before being fixed. We have continually seen how outrageous the numbers are to arena grind for a new champ let alone an older champ unless they serve no purpose in the games' content at the time for lower end players or Free to Play players since this a Free Mobile Game to download and play to reach those arena numbers. You know there are still Bots surfing the arena system but that is still not be fixed and addressed! So forgive us in the community if we no longer have patience for your "Cookie Cutter Scripted" responses.

The community deserves much better than this! It deserves a solid answer from somebody that has more of than a scripted response. Especially on the 3rd day of AQ where I assure you everyone but the top 500 players in the game have used up their allotted resources stash both free from the compensation packages and what they have bought using real cash, loyalty or glory. This should have been addressed the normal AQ begin and as 1 player stated earlier, AQ should have been cancelled for this week and compensation based on their rank from the week prior given out like the last time something bugged AQ.

As a business you should be ashamed but as customer service representatives you should all ask yourselves "did I do what I could to help the customer" if the answer is NO then you need to find a new line of work because I assure you the player base does not think you have helped.

I am sure you will have a very Wise and Logical argument in your neck pocket for this post but just be real and honest and say you are getting some kind of kickback from Kabam because I have seen you rush to their defense with not much to say in your posts except defending them when they don't respond or after they respond to call for everyone to relax and chill. I implore to the Mcoc Community that is frustrated, angry, upset, or downright done with these multiple mistakes by a multi-million dollar company- DO NOT SPEND ANOTHER PENNY, DO NOT BUY ANY CYBER WEEKEND DEALS AND IF YOU WISH TO SAVE YOUR RESOURCES DO WHAT YOU FEEL IS BEST FOR YOUR ALLIANCE IN REGARDS TO AQ. I dont know where they get the sense that we are being "understanding".. we are not anymore we demand answers .. it might be a free to play for some but a lot of people that actually CARE are paying customers...
We are done with the patience and understanding... We demand a better product or at least the same before u messed it all up for NOT TESTING ANYTHING BEFORE RELEASING.

Its also hilarious Not ONE PERSON FROM THE CCP made a vid about this other than RichTheMan.
Sure address the "exploit" of legitimately farming units... But where are all the mess ups? Where is the outrage about arenas being a bot farm for cheater?...

My alliance half the members burnt 15 items he lost a bit of prestige and had to drop back to map5 its really disheartening to see this happen.
While I am angry how the testers missed this, are we really surprised 3 months on an the parry bug doesn't even get addressed anymore. Every bit of new content has significant bugs causing hurt in units, just remember v8 recently. Kabam has a serious issue with testing, do they pay their testers a friend tests games the info he needs to give beggers believe. There is no way this misses can or should continue to happen

Just another straw slowly breaking the camels back. Feels like Kabam doesn’t know how to release content that is properly tested or tuned, without bugs or the like. If time pressure are forcing Kabam to release this dumpster fire of content/updates I’d Honestly prefer to see a month of no EQ to give some of the team a chance to address the issues with the game properly.

80k Minis with 350k HP on Day 3 is ludicrous. I get people have lots of pots in overflow from the AQ compensation packages but some also don’t. This is not the way to drain these items from the community.

Just cancel this AQ series and fix it for the next one. Send out a proper compensation package for the community for sticking with this game through all the BS of late.

If Kabam doesn’t nail the December event, gifting and all the Christmas fun, could be game over for many.

Exactly 💯 no comms at all, none in game as of 2 hrs ago that kabam know there is an issue and have stuffed up and what the likely fixes will be. But, the silence is deafening

Mods merged multiple threads under a heading specific to map 6. Half the comments are about *all* the maps being ridiculous. This doesn’t inspire confidence in whatever “kabam is looking into this” discussion has supposedly been taking place for the past several hours.

I did not see that post from him regarding he had asked for the AQ cycle to end. But that was at 8:56am today. His other messages since then and before then were nothing but Pro-Kabam. so please understand I am calm, I am not over here shouting at my phone screen or anything. I am just pulling from history that I have read from this direct thread about his responses to this point. And if you read the rest of his thread that he asked for the AQ cycle to end there are many others who were surprised to see him be critical of Kabam's handling of this situation from the comments. So I am not the only one that has questioned him. I may just be one of the few willing to call him out on it. That's all.

Everyone who plays this game deserves better from Kabam in handling this situation on that perhaps you could agree on that? But maybe it's not affecting you as a player like it is others.

It doesn’t take this long to find out whether this is a bug or if it’s working as intended. If it’s a bug, let us know asap. You can figure out what action your going to take over the next few hours but keeping us informed is key. Ideally, just shut it down now.

If you’re deciding whether dial back the change based on feedback, as the game is in its worst state ever this should be be a no brainer 1 minute decision. In both scenarios you could actually give us some information. Waiting until you’ve worked out every detail makes this worse. It shouldn’t be difficult to let us know where we stand, then come back at a later (but prompt time) with how/when it’s going to be fixed.

Could you maybe elaborate on what "the issue" is that you plan on resolving? And how you plan to resolve it?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic here. It seems there are issues with overtuned defenders in every map, though I can only personally speak for Map 5.

So what's is the issue as you guys see it, and what is the resolution?

Can't retroact anything that was used already by players. Will be looking into compensation and will have more information once said compensation is finalized.

Nor can we use the idea of Stopping AQ like it has been done in the past for AQ bugs and give each Alliance their just compensation for their last AQ ranks and Map Clears?

But no those Alliances that do map 6 and below are made to continue facing these issues of AQ.

How about just end the aq week like we know you can as done before. Reward as of last week and comp this issue. We don’t have any patience or understanding after all that’s gone on this month with lack of testing of content or the countless issues over last 4-5 months. This is getting beyond ridiculous

Guys, its not like me to be the devils advocate. But, they have said they are looking into it, and that they will look into compensation. Give them the time to do it, before biting their heads off. They will hopefully give us compensation that include both new revives and potions (god knows they have been used a lot now), as well as glory.
If thats the case then there is actually no need for them to stop this aq, just do lower maps while this mess is active, and consider the extra glory we get as an bonus for pain endured (lets hope for even more then that in compensation, as I would never say no to a six star nexus ).

But anyways, lets give Kabam time to fix this and trust that they actually do give out compensation worth the pain and agony we endured this round of aq.

On top of pain of all the stuff from month and last 4-5 months? Lol

Can you please elaborate on what exactly the issues that you recognise are? The thread is titled specifically for map 6. Do you guys acknowledge that there is an issue with map 6 and everything lower?

Some compensation? Some is better than none, but you might want to review how many items were used the first two days and then throw in even more the the headache of the Maw mini in Map6 killing full HP champs with one degen.

Can you please clarify what you mean by "some compensation" ... is this going to be like v8 compensation of 1 pot and 1 revive average method used?

Honestly, at this point the community would appreciate a "come clean" post of some sort and tell us what is actually going on?

There is clearly very little to no play testing happening recently, v8 and even this new AQ confirm that.

I can't recall seeing any updates recently on the existing parry and dex issues.

Please stop treating your customers this shoddily.

Also, instead of asking us to play another map (which is probably going to have some other bug) please end AQ for this round before you alienate even more of your players by punishing them for daring to play your game.
