Bug vs Abilities Description Wording? KM - Node 49 AW - Penny SP2

This may be just a wording issue, when Penny used sp2 - apply incinerate - after 2 sp1 in tier 4 aw, node 49. KM went from 0 energy to full red sp3 energy. His ability description: At the start of the fight, Vibranium Armor provides..etc. 15% of his missing Power each time a debuff is infected against him.

    You answered your own question, he gains power every time you place a debuff, the lats hit of sp2 places a lot of debuffs.
