Account suspended permanently

Hi all. My account unfortunately got permanently suspended and I tried logging a ticket to Kabam support twice but the same generic response. Does anyone know if there is anything else I can do? Been playing for the last 1.5 years at level 60 so it's such a shame.

    A Permanent Ban is exactly what it is: a permanent ban. If there was any way for it to get lifted in the first place, it wouldn't be called a "permanent ban".

    Start over from the beginning, that is, make a new account if you've the energy left. That's all you can do now.
