Obviously these aren’t the top champs in the game by a mile but this list is based off my roster and who have been my mvps. I have a pretty small roster so colossus and dragon man made it easy, and hood for the ghost synergy though he’s decent on his own.
I’m absolutely loving how many people are undervaluing Reed. He’s literally better Void and AntiVenom in so many more situations. Plus he can offer support in questing much more than both of them.
His utility, damage and regen capabilities haven't changed. Just because he's not talked about much anymore does NOT mean he's fallen out of the Meta.
I run mine in AW almost every war. Amazing at r3 max sig, with bleed and poison masteries on.
Yeah he’s still great for war, but most people that use him there bring the ST synergy as well. You only have 3 champs to bring for war and having 1 complete dud limits your options for counters.
Omega still is a good champ without ST, but he needs ST to even be in the same discussion as champs like AA, Apoc, Magneto, Prof X etc.

She may not be popular, but I have to say I’m really digging the newer Scarlet Witch. Super easy nullify and insane damage with the right amount of instabilities. Absolutely love her!

Sorcerer Supreme very underrated, i have all those top mystic champ except doom. I use mystic champ a lot. I know the value of sorcerer. She is a meta champ with doom, diablo, claire in mystic class.
My opinion is that... top 5 doesn't cut it. In every single top-5 list posted in this thread, there is always AT LEAST one (or two) top champions, criminally left out.
Colossus is absolutely a top 5 mutant. Omega red shouldn’t be in top 5. With suicides, max sig, and synergies he is a beast but he’s not top 5. Personally I think Miles deserves at least an honorable mention, as does War Machine. I don’t think Magik is a top 5 mystic anymore, I think Tigra and sorcerer supreme are both better than her.
In my opinion colossus is overrated. No offense. Just not a fan of him.

Guardian should be there instead of peni, Ultron instead of warlock. Mojo instead of sorcerer supreme. Colossus instead of kitty and kitty instead of omega
I feel like certain utility gets really overrated. Warlock's healblock is one of them, how many fights does that make a huge difference in? He's still top 5, but it seems like he gets rated top 10 overall and I don't think he's up there.
My Top 5 ( 6stars only and with a little commentary based on my experience) - Cosmic: Hercules, Corvus, Hyperion, Angela, CGR CGR is only there cos I don’t know much about Knull. CGR is too nodes dependent imo. I wonder how much people use him on a regular basis. I hear a lot of people talk about him yet they don’t use him as much. In previous ally, whenever he pops up in a nexus everyone say pick him yet I don’t see them posting videos of his take downs nor do they bring him in AW. Makes me wonder if having him has a feel good thing.
- Mystic: Doom, Diablo, Claire, Tigra, SW Sigil You cannot make a mystic top 5 without Tigra. If you don’t know how to use her your loss and not everyone’s. She’s a beast regardless and definitely making the list.
- Science: HT, CAIW, Void, S2099, Shehulk Spidey2099 unique utilities guarantees him a spot. Not only that but good damage. He works. I was contemplating between Shehulk and iHulk but Shehulk wins due to her slow debuff and taunt mechanic. Void still as good as before, yes we have other options but he still works.
- Skill: NF, Ægon, Kingpin, Moleman, Shang-Chi
- Mutants: Apoc, Magneto, AA, Colossus, Kitty Colossus makes the top 5. Maybe you should check out his immunities again, his tankiness and can dish a lot of damage with OR and Emma synergy both good champs. With Kitty I recently pulled a 5star, but from what I’ve seen a skillful player will do tons of stuff with her.
- Tech: Ghost, G2099, Warlock, Ultron, Guardian. Ultron’s immunities and resistance shouldn’t be disregarded. I don’t have Peni nor Nimrod so will be difficult to give them a spot. I know some people have doubts about G2099 but doesn’t take away from her the beast she is. I don’t have Ghost but I have her r3, r3 Warlock and r2 Ultron and she’s get more fight time than any of my Techs.
Mutant - Apocalypse, AA, Kitty, Prof X, Mags/Omega (hard for me to choose between these 2)
(Y’all who think Colossus is top 5 need to get a time machine and travel back to when he was still relevant, so many champs are bulky + big damage lmao)
