Hercules infuriate synergy cooldown nerf? Why tho?

I swear it was 40 percent before
After the update this morning its brought down to 20 percent
Why tho?
They also nerfed it on the hawkeye's side of synergy

    Rank down tickets for changing characters attributes after release is a bit shady.. did it before and consumers were not thrilled.. I for one don't have 5* or 6* Hercules but this is the case.. I would be pissed.. imagine rank4 a champion them having them changed because they were too OP.

    They changed the Hawkeye synergy when they buffed him. Kabam didn’t explain why but it’s on Hawkeye’s release notes if you want to go check.

    I believe this is a description error. The standard cooldown is 10 seconds. I've tested with both a 6* and 5* version of Herc. The cooldown was reduced to 6 seconds in both cases so the 40% reduction is still active. If the 20% reduction was in place the cooldown would have been 8 seconds.
