Bug, or am i missing something here?

Was doing a war fight today against this Ibom, and I was using she-hulk since she's poision immune.
Had an active invuln boost on from the first first fight and figured this would be easy as always.
A bit into the fight I figured I should bait out his sp1 and at the time I was in full health, and had not been hit at all.
He throws his sp1, I dex it and as the sp1 animation ends the KO appear out of nowhere.

Is there any explenation im not seeing here or is this a bug?
