Thank you Kabam for:
- incredible artwork
- characters that play like the characters (spider people feel like spider people. Thing plays like Thing)
- trying very hard to keep the challenge in the game
- the variety of game modes
This is an incredibly complex game and you guys have managed to keep it running for 7 years.

It's hard to appreciate the people working on something that doesn't work at best half the time. I'm not saying grab the pitch forks and riot but most of the community I believe would agree that alot of work needs done before any kudos should be given.

Exactly now isn't the time for blind positivity, they need to be held accountable and they must respond to criticism and prove us wrong, prove us that they actually do care

if you saw what was posted and deleted you would know it followed the rules... did you read the first post he made??? didnt get a single reply from kabam.. seatin the whale makes a YT post and gets attention in forum by kabam in less than 12 hours... money patterns are always a priority over the actual people...

If you actually paid attention in the forums, you'd know that Mike referenced that, saying they read all the feedback and send it forward, but they can't respond to each of them, they're humans too. If you want a lightning quick response to every player from kabam, try getting the automated support, cause that's the only way it'll happen

It's actually nice to see someone who is happy with how things are going for them, maybe not full satisfied with the game, but appreciative of the efforts put forward.

Define right. Right is the job they have. If that's the protocol they're trained to do, then that's the right thing to do.

My experience on here since it started is that people have a very broad definition of what's productive and constructive. I've seen many conversations that may have had valid points behind them, but were just a dog pile.

ive seen the meme thread open for as long as i can remember how does that help forum?? ive also remember seeing the "what champ would you want to date" stay up longer than 24 hours before anyone batted an eye, while real questions and posts are taken down within minutes (how can we show you an example of a deleted thread?? xD) b/c it was to direct and personal feelings seem to have triumphed over actually having a legitimate response. cause 90% of the time the company doesnt even give the mods the info cause they have nothing to offer xD

it depends on the time of the post. There isn't a MOD logged in every second of the day. There are several comments in this thread that break the forum ToS and they are still up. There are other posts in this thread that meet the requirements and those are also still up. There are 100's of posts a day and some of them fall to the wayside quickly depending on what's going on that day.

Innocuous Posts for fun are not a violation of ToS. We're allowed to have a fun conversation as long as it's not overtly inappropriate. As for other Threads, people can have valid questions, but that doesn't mean the Threads are constructive. Repeat Threads, personal insults, conspiracy theories, many reasons they get shut down. Having a valid point isn't all there is to it. If people have points, it's also about how they present them.

cherry picking is the exact thing id use to describe how "100 post a day" yet the ones taken down the quickest are the important and legitimate posts xD and pls keep up im not talking about comments on a post. im talking about time taken and constructed written posts that literally dot out each point to make things clear. something kabam has difficulties with time and time again.
i understand you guys defending kabam seem to have the most time invested in forums so these issues might not carry the same weight as before... cause im sure youve heard it all by now. but make sure you dont become hypocritical now, make sure you dont cherry pick these comments as well, practice what you preach now.

The game is in such a state at this time that if they where actually taking things would have ground to a halt no new content no champions no new ******* website STAN. all their focus should be on fixing the game an nothing else they could keep aq/aw going because they have come up with a solution to keep that going but everything else that they roll out they are forcing players to either pay for their mistakes or miss out completely. So they are intentionally profiting off of what they broke. If you went an restaurant an all they was rotten food you wouldn’t sit down an eat it an then thanks them for giving you food poisoning. an nah I don’t need any ….. because your obviously on yours

If this were a restaurant, the people who didn't like the cooking wouldn't be allowed to hang around and berate the staff and accuse all the customers they must be paid stooges. Such people would be arrested and sent to jail.

However, this is a video game, and this is the internet, and the rules of civilized society are substantially relaxed.

And for someone that loves the game as much as you obviously do, I don't see how Kabam could "force" you to "miss out completely" anything. For something that is so broken you think any reasonable company would basically shut down completely to fix it, and something you liken to rotten food at a restaurant, you also seem to feel extremely entitled to be fed more of it.

There's a lot of things wrong with the game now, and a lot of things that aren't wrong but could be better. But at the end of the day, I play the game because I love to play the game. I'm not hooked, addicted, mind controlled, a slave to my alliance, afraid I won't be able to make any new friends if I quit, or throwing good money after bad. I love the game. I don't love some mental image of the game that doesn't exist.

For all its faults, I still love playing the game, and I appreciate the fact that the devs made a game I continue to like playing all this time. It is not easy to make such a game, and it is not easy to continue to keep players engaged in such a game. I've seen the "its Marvel not Kabam" people come and go, and I've also seen a lot of Marvel games come and go. They were wrong then, and they are clearly wrong now. People hate MCOC's monetization, but we've seen much worse. People hate MCOC's bugs, but we've seen much worse. People think only the MCU was propping up the game, but we've seen MCOC survive the MCU lull. Seven years is a long time: the longest I've played any massively multiplayer online game continuously is just over eight.

If you love the game but you don't like some aspect of it you think could be better, that's fine. That's probably most fans of the game. Pointing those things out, commenting on them, suggesting ways to make it better, debating with others as to how important that thing is, trying to convince people Kabam should take action, that's all constructive ways to make the thing you love better. It doesn't mean you like the game any less, and the game could use more people willing to do that in a reasonable, constructive way while also accepting the fact that it could also use more people also willing to do that who might disagree with you.

But if you just hate the game and hate the devs and are playing the game as much out of spite as anything else, then perhaps it is time to move on. Improve the game by removing an element of toxicity from it, and improve your own life by removing an element of toxicity from yours, and create an empty space you could fill with something more positive. Let people be happy, and let yourself find happiness in return.
