I got the wrong cavalier crystal delivered?

I bought the cavalier crystal containing the end year champs, chose the 2020 champs and got the 2015 champs instead? I mean, I would get a 3* anyway , but at least deliver me the one I chose. How is this possible?

    You need proof, you need screen shots or receipts that you picked the 2020 and not 2015, you also need to prove that you pulled a champ from the wrong year, move quickly it should be under the alliance tab under general and will list the name of the 2020 crystal and show that you got a 2015 champ if what you are saying is truthful.

    This actually happened to me as well. I haven't opened up the crystal yet but I purchased two Cav Year Crystals, one 2019 and one 2020, and received a 2015 and a 2020.

    When I saw a YouTube video for the year end bundle there was a lot more included. Iso and a cavalier crystal. Mine looks like this, I already bought the ultimate but it looks the same. Anyone know why this ism

    I have an iPhone and a Samsung device, and the deals were different on each one. I'm not sure if that was intended but I usually use my Samsung device to make purchases because of the Google Play Store bonus perks, but the deal with the selector, Cav crystal, and ISO-8 wasn't available when I logged in on that device (I still bought the deal that was showing on my Samsung (selector, 777 6*, 77,777 gold), and received the wrong crystal, as I mentioned above).

    When I switched to my iPhone I was able to see the more substantial of the two deals and bought that as well. I'm just disappointed that I didn't get the correct crystal sent to me, and am wondering if there is a bug related to these deals.

    I don't have proof as I did not took pictures of the crystal I was selecting, don't even know if is possible, I selected 2020 and got 2015, would never select 2015. Also I got the 600 units nexus and it did not appear , I had to restart the game and then appeared afterwards.

    Like I said, go to your alliance tab in game, it will show you the name of the crystal along with the champ you pulled, if they don’t match then kabam will compensate you, if you opened a 2015 crystal and you got a 2015 crystal, kabam will probably not compensate you. 2015 is the default crystal when the selector tab opens up. Most likely the switch didn’t register when you pressed on the 2020 crystal therefore it’s not kabams fault but instead your device and you for now clarifying that you selected the 2020 crystal. Also not the end of the world since I’m sure you got a 3* champ.

    The name just says cavalier annum crystal, it does not say the year, I got luk cage, yes I did get the 3* as I said, but hey , just want the 3* of the crystal I selected, I also got a 6* ws from the 2014 nexus
