Inability to select AW defensive tactic

Ever since AW season ended, my alliance is unable to select AW defensive tactics and haven’t been able to ban attackers. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I have the same problem, it is already the third war where I cannot choose my tactics.

    My alliance is also unable to select a tactic. The screen dims as if the pop up is about to appear but nothing happens. Only option is restart the game.
