Variant 8 Havok

This is a phone breakingly frustrating fight. No Mercenaries have armor, so you just die from plasma. The fact that they put him in a Variant where you can’t really use anyone with Armor Ups is garbage.

Who’d you guys use to beat him besides Unit Man?

Venompool with Iceman or Aarkus synergy gives him ice armor, which works on Havok. Fight still stunk. There are a lot of d-bag champ/node combos in Variant 8. Sucks the fun out of this game sometimes.

Taskmaster works well despite class disadvantage. You’ll become immune to his plasma debuffs

I'm no youtuber but have posted this a couple times. Mascre is broken in v8 with his regen he gets. I mess up eat a combo 2 plasma detonation and I still walk away with a solo. Hope that helps you

Yes - I used Taskmaster as well. Excellent counter for Havok w/o needing the armor ups since he will become immune to the plasmas and can't be detonated.
