Radiance Mastery Point - swap unit cost to apply to all setups...

What is the tiebreaker on the leader for crossing rank categories? For example, I have 215 points in Gladiator Circuit right now, there are a total of 9 players at this amount at bottom of Mysterium III. Top spot in Quantum I is at 214 but I assume this will shift some more in the final hours and 215 (or some other number)…
