Is AQ boss dormammu bugged?

I was just wondering if there was something wrong with the boss on AQ map3. When fighting dormammu even while blocking his damage is killing champs at full health in 2-3 hits. Is it just me or is this thing rigged?

Our alliance noticed that too. Map 4's Dormammu is much easier to fight and kill than Map 3's for some reason.
