Which one is a better rank up option? 6* Diablo, 6* Sorcerer or 5* Black Widow Claire?

Depends on where you are in the game.
If you are uncollected and below I’d still say BWCV cause she will help you through a lot. But if you’re cav or TB I’d say Diablo.

If you don't run suicides,
Go with Sorcerer. She is way better than other both without recoil as her utility in mystic class is way different. While fighting with her you feel more control on fight if there's no restriction on spamming specials. Her regen on block is very solid utility after act 5 due to high attack values in later content. Idk if any other mystic have access to Slow and she can maintain it easily. Her Aura is very good in mang match ups.

If you run suicides
I would BWCV, as she can rival even doom for best mystic with suicides. Suicides gives her solid damage boost and plus have unique way to deal with buffs on opponent. She have good regen and death immunity too. I haven't used diablo much but so far I won't rank her him before BWCV
