1 is enough, unless you are like me where I can't stand not seeing their sigs in multiples of 10 for some odd reason.... having a sig 1 champ would drive me nuts till I got him to at least sig 10...... but enough about my odd thought processes....

But you are asking about ideal sig level. That's 200. The faster he can recover his charges back, the shorter the (long) fight gets.
