The most recent Cavalier Quest was designed with nodes that focused on Organization tags. Numerous maps had nodes that had two or more Organization tags. When using the Filter to introduce a team to these maps, the Add Tags option is limited and not as useful as it could be.
The biggest limitation is that the results are conditioned to an "AND" operator. This doesn't grant the user a full scope of all champs that could be in one organization "OR" another amongst the limit of 2 tags.
In most cases selecting two Organization tags completely give the user no champs to select. For example selecting tags A-Force and New Avengers based on the nodes in Cavalier Quest 1.1:
In a few other cases you may get a set up champs but not all the possibilities that a user could select from. For example selecting tags Defender and Thunderbolts based on the nodes in Cavalier Quest 1.2:
With the current setup for monthly Cavalier Quest and future gameplay designs these are my recommendations to improve the Add Tags in the Filter for Champions:1st: Switch the operator currently being used from "AND" to "OR" allowing the user to see all the champs options from two Organization selections.
2nd: Since the Cavalier Quest has maps with the option of 3 Organization tags, update the Add Tags to use at least 3 tags for a larger scope.
3rd: At this time there does not appear to be content where "AND" operator is relevant and useful to the user. Though 2 tags can be applied, so far using 1 tag is significant for character selection previous content such as just XL or just Villain or just Mercenaries. But in the future there could be cases with content requiring 2 tags where the "AND" operator would be useful. For example a case for only XL "AND" Villains (screenshot). If so, the user should have an option to switch from "OR" to "AND" with the "OR" operator as the default.
4th: There are numerous Organization tags not applied to champs seem to be significantly missing. These are examples of champs that should be updated to these Organizations:
Thunderbolts - Hawkeye, Deadpool, Agent Venom, Punisher, Crossbones
New Avengers - Luke Cage, Thing, Sentry, and Dr. Strange (This list significantly started the Organization or joined the Avengers through this title)
Guardians of the Galaxy - Kitty Pryde and Thing
Defenders - Since Namor has the tag, this list isn't narrowed to Netflix Defenders so Hulk, Dr. Strange, and Silver Surfer are significantly missing from this epic Organization.
Fantastic Four - Since Super Skrull has the tag and he's not of the prime 4, it would be considered giving the tag to some significant temporary members such as She-Hulk, Medusa, Black Panther, Storm, and Luke Cage.
Illuminati - Only if the House of X timeline doesn't matters on this version of Professor X.
A-Force - possibly trying to limit the numbers but could add America Chavez, Medusa, Storm, and Tigra.
Avengers - Beast, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk and Tigra should have some consideration to this Organization tag
5th: We now have Bewhiskered as an Organization tag yet there's still content that suggests tags such in Carina's Challenges that do not exist in-game. Some new tags should be created to support this and future content of the game.
Examples: Canadian, Soviet Union, Wakanda, Marvel Cinema, Hydra, Brotherhood of Mutants, New Warriors, New Mutants, Heroes for Hire, Invaders, 2099 (or Future that would include Bishop, Cable, Kang, Maestro, and Old Man Logan)
