Alliance rank rewards

Who gets alliance rank rewards? Only people who could get regular rewards or someone who just joined can get them? Asking because suddenly we had a bunch of new people join in the last couple days who haven't gifted anyone

If you don’t contribute points you don’t get rewards. If you join with less than 14 days left in the event you can’t contribute points so no rewards
