Shiang Chi all the way he has more utility along with his ramp up damage

Shang is like Sunspot, farm him and explode enemy, but, he doesn't need flares and all that crappy charges to do it

Both are good champs and I have them in 6*. If you're talking about nexus choice, then I'd pick Shang-chi because his utility. Besides, there are many good mutants but there are not many good skill champs in relative comparison.
