**Mastery Loadouts**

‘This attack Incinerates the enemy, dealing 92% of your attack as Energy Damage over 10 seconds. This effect also removes Perfect Block Chance and reduces Block Proficiency by 50% while it’s active.’

How come sometimes it’s one incinerate, other times it’s two or three. Says nothing about it varying in the description nor does it give a percent chance for additional incinerates.

    That's because he is a an old champion and their description weren't really that informative, but he has a chance on each laser hit to inflict an incinerate ^_^

    Old champs usually have pretty informative descriptions. This is more or less exclusively a Hyperion problem (there are others, like pre-buff HtD. But very few)
