Can we buff Salve?

Hi. Salve looks very tempting to take. Passive Healing is quite good. Now, I have a level 1 Salve so I don't know how well a higher level Salve would function but at least buff Level 1 Salve. I mean, if 1 health per 0.5 secs becomes 4 health per 0.5 secs it might be better. Again, I don't know how good a higher level Salve is so if it's bad, then maybe each level increases it by 1.5 - 2 health and if it's good, it can be 0.5 - 1. Others can also spread their thoughts about this. Thanks, IcyCoolDudeDoodle

    Salve is a good mastery but it is a gateway for recovery. That's why it regens so little health. It regens a lot of health when you see it on 1-2 star champs. It is of so little use that's why salve gives a very good pi boost on your champs to compensate for the low regen.

    Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah, the healing is quite useless but even then like, maybe a tiny buff so that it's just a little more effective. Maybe not because you said the PI increases

    Wait a minute, wouldn't recovery increase the healing though? Maybe then there's no buff required

    Mastery systems are about 3 years overdue for an overhaul. Kabam just not addressing it
