Classic Storm Buff Suggestion

Recently, I duped my 6* classic storm for the 5th time. I don't use her but after seeing her kit I get to know why. All she has is just stun chances on her specials and a bit of shock damage.

Here is my take on her buff that would make her a decent choice. I am not including a detailed buff description here;

Basic Attacks (Max 20 Stacks): 35% chance to inflict a shock damage causing 150 energy damage over 20 secs.
Heavy Attacks: Refresh shock debuffs on the opponent.
Special 2: Removes all shock debuffs from the opponent before lunching this attack. Increase attack rating by 600 for each debuff removed.
Special 3 (Max 2 Stacks): Combine all shock debuffs into passive shock debuff lasting 60 seconds. This debuff doesn't count towards active shock debuff limit and can be refreshed by heavy attack.

Awakend Ability: Reduces potency of bleed debuffs by 95% and regenerates health equal to amount which would have been lost to bleed debuff.

Let me know how is the buff idea for her. This will not make her OP in any way but will give her a way to do burst damage per rotation.

    My issue with your ideas is that with the apocalypse synergy, Storm does not lack damage in any way against opponents who aren’t shock immune. Also if she is made horseman - she has 100% bleed resistance making the utility you have given her virtually obsolete. I would also prefer the awakened ability to be shock based rather than bleed based to make it fit more with the character. I enjoy reading buff ideas so keep making them but this one kind of neglects to see storm at her best already. All the best though :)

    Not bad. Storm has decent damage as is, just little to no utility.

    @DestinyPolo You point is valid but imo Storm should be a decent champ irrespective of synergy. Not everyone has Apocalypse. Regeneration and Bleed resistance/immunity is a core part of mutant class as per design. And she has none w/o synergy. They should be in core abilities and synergy should be a cherry on top. Perfect example would be Blade synergy with Ghostrider as he is good without it but with it he is a bit better.

    I have been playing MCOC for a long time and there was a time when each new champ complimented it's class core mechanism.

    Mutants - Should be all about regenerations, bleed resistances/immunities and some abilities as per their comic counterparts.

    Skills - All about DOT (bleeds, incinerates etc), Debuff shrugs, ability accuracy reductions and comic related abilities.

    Mystics - Nullify, Stagger, Fate Seal and comic related abilities.

    Science - Non-Damaging Debuffs over time like petrify, exhaustion, weakness

    Tech - Power Drain, Power Lock, Heal Blocks

    Cosmic - Buffs (Fury, precision, Power Gains etc), High Damage totally dependent on buffs.

    I get this point but this buff would literally break the apocalypse synergy. But I dislike how you simply add an awakened ability which doesn’t particularly fit the character just for Storm to simply fit in with an outdated mutant stereotype. I’ve played the game a long time too, I know the premise of each class but I wouldn’t say bleed resistance is one specific to mutants at all besides the useless mutagenesis mastery. As a player I don’t really care to see another champion with bleed resistance - I have plenty of bleed immunes so it doesn’t bother me. I want a champ with something exciting, with abilities deriving from the heroes comics, not some stereotype which sacrifices a potentially cool ability.
