After making a fortune on gifting, here’s what kabam SHOULD do for players

2 of the “rare” items in gifting are Thanos and Kang. Would be nice if players could be truly happy to pull such a rare item by actually having these champs be good/useful because…

1) it’s Thanos and Kang!!! They should be incredible anyway

2) players use so many grinded and purchased to units to end up being “lucky” enough to be “rewarded” with a rare item. Make it worth it!

Weapon X is awesome. Great character. Strong useful champ. Thanos and Kang should receive the same treatment.

    The thing with weapon X is that he was purposefully designed to be a useful trophy champ, which is what made him so desirable as a top 100 reward for act 7 legends runs back in the day. It’s just an added bonus he was in the GGCs as they’ve stopped the story legends programme. Hence, his availability in the GGCs was the only other way to obtain him.

    You would think that you would suggest something that affected more people in the game and not the select few who pulled a high rarity "trophy" champ. The rarity of a champ often is the reward, not necessarily the power level. Not saying those champs couldn't use a rework, but there are plenty of champs in the basic pool that deserve one more and are actually in a majority of players' rosters. There are also plenty of other game mechanics, QOL changes, and game engine fixes that I would prefer to see. That being said, you still get a like because you have a relatively constructive point.

    Aso, I've heard wonderful things about Kang with Apoc. I'll weigh in on that in like 3 years when I finally pull Apoc.
